Dr. Jocelyn Shin is excited to be back in her hometown of Cockeysville after spending 8 years in Atlanta, GA and is honored with the privilege of carrying on Dr. Vernon F. Ottenritter Sr and Jr’s legacy of dental excellence in North Baltimore for over 60 years.
Dr. Shin has dedicated a considerable amount of time each year learning the latest techniques in dentistry and invested in cutting edge technologies to provide the highest quality of care. She is an avid learner and continues to sharpen her skills through continuing education. Above all, she truly enjoys building relationships with her patients and helping them obtain and maintain a healthy smile.
